Mark Pennington makes his money by guiding young stars to the top. He claims that he can pick out those wrestlers who have "it" and provide to them the direction they need to garner success. So far in Hybrid Pro Wrestling, he has proven himself correct, as he has taken HPW Champion CJ Otis under his wing and kept him on a winning streak. Mark is not afraid to deal with the common headaches of athletes such as contracts, championship committees, and transportation from venue to venue. By doing this dirty work, he allows his clients to focus on the one thing he holds most important: getting the winner's share of the money.In addition to HPW Champion, CJ Otis, Pennington has signed masked wrestler Hypknow and brought the high-flyer to HPW. Hypknow's success in HPW has been marginal -- something that Pennington has been vocal about -- but we shall see if Pennington can properly guide him to success in the future.
