Jeff Brooks is a trainee of Truth Martini who is not afraid to leave his feet in his quest for victory.  Brooks debuted for HPW at Phase:  One in a loss to fellow debuting wrestler, Keith Creme.  Brooks was unrelenting, though, competing in a number of matches on HPW's weekly TV series, along with an appearance in the Fatal Four Way Match at HPW's Clash In Coloma event.
